The Dental Board of California has just announced updated CE requirements for licensed dentists (DDS, DMD), dental hygienists (RDH), and dental assistants (RDA). The traditional 2-hour California Dental Practice Act course will not contain sections on professional ethics that will be required for license renewal

California Dental CE Course Pre-approval

Licensed Registered California Dental CE Providers (like Dental Didactics) must submit their updated course outlines and materials to the Dental Board to verify that they meet the new standards for license renewal. Dental Didactics is currently updating its course to meet the new Dental Board standards and will be offering the newly updated course for download in January 2023 to assist you in meeting your dental CE license renewal. All other Dental Didactics CE Courses can be ordered in advance of the new Dental Practice Act course being available.
